Komjanc Malvasia DOC Collio

An aromatic white wine from Komjanc, focused on finesse rather than power. It is bright straw yellow, with aromas of white flowers, yellow peach, green apple, citrus peel, light herbaceous notes and a mineral trace. The palate has good freshness and balanced savouriness, with moderate body and a pleasant texture. The finish leaves a hint of bitter almond. It pairs with seafood starters, shellfish, grilled fish, light soups, fresh cheeses and seasonal vegetables, and should be served cold but not iced, around 10-12 C.
