Kornog is a peated single malt from France. Peat is the defining feature of its character. The nose is led by lemon peel and beeswax, with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, peat smoke sits alongside fruit that adds a subtle sweetness, and gentle spice in the form of ginger and white pepper.
