Koval – Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Koval Single Barrel Bourbon is an organic, kosher bourbon from Koval, bottled from a single barrel and made from a heart cut. Its mash bill is 51% corn and 49% millet, an unusual grain combination, and the distillery describes the drinking experience as balanced and approachable. On the palate it shows mango chutney and vanilla, followed by a peppery caramel finish.
