Koval Single Barrel Rye is an American rye whiskey made from 100% rye grain, sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest.
Only the heart cut of the distillate is used, with no heads or tails, and the spirit is aged in new American oak from Minnesota.
It is usually described as fresh and light, with a maple-like, candy corn entry and a touch of spice on the finish.
