Koval Single Barrel Rye is a straight rye whiskey in a 20cl bottle.
Its mash bill is 100% organic rye grain. The whiskey is fresh and light, with mellow, somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn.
The finish is classically spicy. Its grain-forward spiciness balances the sweetness of other ingredients, which makes it suited to cocktails such as the Manhattan, Sazerac and Scofflaw.
