Koval – Single Barrel Rye Whiskey Maple Syrup Cask Finish

Koval Single Barrel Rye is a limited edition aged in former maple syrup barrels. It uses the same mash bill as the classic Koval Rye, 100% organic rye grain, and the time in maple syrup casks adds sweetness and depth of flavour. It is suggested as a base for Manhattans. Notes of cinnamon spice, tart cherry and molasses lead to a long, creamy chai tea finish.
