Kranewit (70cl)

A juniper spirit from Roner, expressing the character of Alto Adige. It is distilled from selected juniper berries and has an intense aromatic profile with balsamic and herbaceous nuances. Slow distillation in small stills gives it a complex but approachable structure, with light spicy notes and a clean, persistent finish. It can be served as a digestif after a rich meal or used in original cocktails, and pairs well with traditional Alpine dishes.
