Kuiper Belt Straight Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon aged for six years and bottled at 90 proof, which is 45% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
The extended time in barrel is what gives it concentrated oak and spice, and a full body.
On the palate it shows caramel, vanilla, baking spice and toasted oak, followed by a long, warm finish that stays richly spiced.
