A ten-year-old Japanese whisky from Kujira, part of the Ryukyu series. It was matured in virgin white oak casks under subtropical conditions on Okinawa, Japan's southernmost region, and is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Honey and brown sugar lead the nose, with soft oak and spice behind. The palate opens with buttery caramel sauce, light liquorice and baked bread, then brings in cinnamon and other spices.
