Kujira 25 Years (70cl)

Kujira 25 Years is a Japanese grain whisky from Ryukyu Whisky, distilled at the Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa. It is made only from Japanese rice, fermented in the Ryukyu tradition, and matured for 25 years in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose brings vanilla, honey, caramel, wood and tropical fruit. The palate is soft and deep, with cocoa, dried fruit and a touch of smoke, leading to a long finish of sweetness and warm spice.
