Kunhai Whisky Sky (70cl, 40%)

Kunhai Sky is a Taiwanese blended whisky at 40%, in a 70cl bottle. It is a no-age-statement blend of single malt and grain whiskies, named for the clear, bright air over the island. Within the Kunhai range it is the floral expression, bright gold in the glass. The nose has sundried citrus and dragon fruit. On the palate come roasted chestnuts, light caramel, toffee, candied tangerines and dried apple, with a whisper of smoke. The finish is sweet.
