A Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC from Kurtatsch, from an area known for its exceptional viticultural vocation and an alpine climate tempered by Mediterranean breezes. Ageing in steel preserves purity and aromatic vivacity.
It is bright straw yellow, with delicate and complex aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and green apple, enriched by floral and mineral nuances typical of the area. The palate shows a vibrant balance between acidity and softness. It pairs well with light starters, fish and vegetable dishes.
