Kyokawa Nobushi (70cl)

Kyokawa Nobushi is a Japanese blended whisky made from 80% malt and 20% grain whisky. It combines two whiskies from the prefectures of Miyagi and Nagano, which are blended and then left to rest for three to four years in American oak casks in the village of Kiyokawa. The name recalls the elite warriors descended from the samurai of feudal Japan. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose is floral and spicy, with sweet touches and fresh fruit. The palate is fruity and spicy, with thyme and peppermint. The finish is sweet, with vanilla, white pepper and ginger.
