A bright botanical aperitif from the Nonino family distillery in Friuli, Italy. It is made from an infusion of 18 botanicals, dried at low temperatures, blended with Nonino's ÙE Fragolino grape distillate. The drink is 100% natural, vegan friendly and free from artificial colours or flavours. It won Best Aperitif of the Year by Meininger's from 2021 to 2023 and received 94 points from Falstaff. Serve chilled, neat over ice with a twist of lime or lemon, or in a spritz.
Tasting Notes
Citrus freshness with orange and lemon peel, delicate floral, herbal and white berry notes.
Bright and clean, gently bitter but well-balanced, with rhubarb, orange marmalade, cardamom, coriander and balsamic undertones.
Medium in length, with lingering citrus, herbaceous resonance and slight dry bitterness.
