L'Ècru is a sweet passito from Firriato, made from selected Zibibbo and Malvasia grapes. It is golden with amber reflections. The nose offers ripe apricot, dried figs, orange blossom honey, sweet spices and toasted almonds. On the palate it is velvety, with balanced sweetness and lively acidity, and a long, aromatically complex finish. It suits dried-fruit desserts, blue cheeses or sipping after a meal.
