La Canestraia Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Classico (37.5cl)

An elegant rosé wine from La Canestraia, produced on the Veronese hills in the historic Bardolino Classico area. It is made mainly from Corvina, with small percentages of Rondinella and Molinara, and expresses vibrant freshness with delicate olfactory complexity. Vinification in white, with brief skin contact at controlled temperature, highlights aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose petals, while balanced acidity gives a smooth, harmonious drink. Ageing takes place exclusively in steel, preserving freshness and aromatic purity. It is suited to an aperitif or to fish dishes, light starters and summer salads.
