La Première is a grappa from Poli, presented in a wooden box. It is distilled traditionally in copper bain-marie stills, using selected pomace, and bottled at 46% vol in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it shows mature fruit, vanilla and light spicy notes, the result of maturation in cask. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a balance between fruit sweetness and drier, slightly tannic notes, and a long aromatic finish.
