Labouré-Gontard Crémant de Bourgogne Brut

Labouré-Gontard Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After the harvest it is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks before bottling, and it rests for at least nine months before disgorgement. It comes from a négociant house that buys in grapes and follows the traditional method. Golden in the glass, it smells of green apples, citrus and grass. The palate is medium-bodied with a fresh mousse, more green notes and a mild finish. It works as an aperitif and alongside fish, light meats and mild cheese. Serve it at 4-6°C.
