A single cask Auchroisk from Lady of the Glen, bottled at 11 years old and a cask strength of 57.9%, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in a hogshead and then finished for over two years in an ex-Manzanilla cask, a less commonly seen sherry type with a softer influence. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, and 299 bottles were filled.
The tasting notes mention panettone, cinnamon bark and honeycomb, with apple, almonds and oak sweetness from the finishing cask.
