This is a single cask Auchroisk, aged 11 years and bottled by Lady of the Glen at 57.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled on 19 January 2015 and bottled on 20 January 2026, and 299 bottles were filled.
It matured in a hogshead before a finish of more than two years in an ex-Manzanilla sherry cask, a style of sherry rarely used for Scotch maturation. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is panettone and baked apple with toasted almond and soft coastal notes. Cinnamon bark, honeycomb and orchard fruit lead the palate, and the finish is sweet, spiced and gently drying.
