A single cask Blair Athol from Lady of the Glen, bottled at 11 years old and a cask strength of 54.7%, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a refill hogshead, then re-racked into a first-fill ex-Amontillado barrique for over six years, more than half its life. The bottling is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, and 214 bottles were filled.
The tasting notes run to cassia bark, dark chocolate and glazed apple, with rich dried fruit and leather coming from the sherry cask.
