Lagavulin 11 Year Sweet Peat is a limited edition Islay single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made from malted barley, Islay peat and local water, and keeps Lagavulin's bold character while taking a softer, sweeter direction.
Dense peat smoke leads on the nose and palate without overwhelming, giving way to vanilla cream, caramelised sugar, toasted oak and a subtle maritime salinity. The texture is full and oily, and the finish is long, balancing smoke, sweetness and gentle spice.
