A 13 year old Lagavulin from Islay, released for Fèis Ìle 2021 as a limited edition at a cask strength of 56.1%. It was matured in refill American oak casks, then finished in high char Port-seasoned casks.
The bottling was personally selected by the distillery manager, Pierrick Guillaume.
On the palate it is described as showing rich smoke, earthy notes, sweet spice, vanilla and menthol.
