A 31 year old Lagavulin, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2026 for Fèis Ìle, Islay's annual festival. It belongs to the Skies of Fèis Ìle series, and bottles were hand filled at the distillery at 51.1% ABV.
The whisky was drawn from a sibling finishing cask and then spent over ten years finishing in heavily charred, Oloroso-seasoned American oak hogsheads. It is described as complex and intense, with dark fruits and a faint sweetness joined by a smouldering warmth.
