Lagavulin Special Release 2024 is a 12 year old single malt from Islay, Scotland, bottled at natural cask strength and unfiltered, in a 700ml bottle. It was aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon and refill casks, which soften the bold peat of the distillery while keeping its smokiness.
On the palate there is thick toffee, vanilla and coconut, followed by a subtle warmth of aromatic spices.
