Lagg – Kilmory Edition (70cl, 46%)

Kilmory Edition is a peated single malt from Lagg Distillery on the Isle of Arran, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first of two new core range malts from the distillery and takes its name from the small parish in the south of Arran where the distillery stands. The whisky matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks. It is bottled without added colour or chill-filtration. Lagg describes it as reflecting the peated style once made at the island's illicit stills, with earthy smoke and vanilla notes.
