Laird's Straight Applejack Brandy (40%)

Laird's Applejack is a blended applejack made from apple brandy and neutral grain spirits. The Laird family has produced applejack in New Jersey since 1698, and created the Blended Applejack category in 1972 for a lighter, lower-strength spirit. The aged apple brandy base gives a rich, deep flavour and a smooth balance, while keeping the delicate aroma and taste of tree-ripened apples. It is bottled at 40% abv. It works in mixed cocktails, punches and cooking.
