Lakes Distillery Whiskymaker's Edition Reflections is an English single malt, created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan. The distillery, set in the English countryside, opened in December 2014 and also makes gin and vodka. The whisky is described as vibrant, with notes of spiced pumpkin, apple compote, cinnamon and orange peel, with floral undertones.
