Lallier Ouvrage Grand Cru Extra Brut (75cl)

Ouvrage is an Extra Brut Champagne from Lallier, made from two Grand Cru plots: Oger on the Côte des Blancs and Aÿ on the Montagne de Reims. The blend pairs Chardonnay from Les Hureaux, a 42-year-old vineyard halfway up the slope behind Oger, with Pinot Noir from Le Meurtet, where 46-year-old vines grow on the hill above Aÿ. Both plots are farmed without herbicides or pesticides, and the soil is ploughed. The cuvée is worked by hand and aged on its lees in the bottle for five years.
