Lambrusco del Fondatore Fermentato in Bottiglia Cleto Chiarli

A red sparkling wine from Cleto Chiarli, fermented directly in the bottle. It is made to celebrate the company's roots and winemaking tradition, founded in 1860. It shows an intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. The nose brings ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, with floral nuances, a light spicy touch and a hint of yeast from the bottle fermentation. On the palate it is vigorous and fresh, with balanced effervescence, solid structure, pleasant acidity and soft but present tannins. It suits traditional Emilian cooking, such as tagliatelle al ragù, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve cool, at about 12-14°C.
