A lively red sparkling Lambrusco from Tenuta La Piccola in Emilia-Romagna. It has a vivid ruby colour and aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with violet and a light hint of spice. On the palate it is effervescent, soft and well balanced, with mature fruit flavours and good acidity. The finish is slightly tannic and persistent. It suits cured meats, aged cheeses, tortellini, pizza margherita or a summer barbecue.
