A Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC from the Sorbara vineyards, expressing the typical vivacity and freshness of the grape. It has a light ruby red colour and intense aromas of violet, berries and herbaceous notes. Fine, persistent perlage accompanies a savoury, light palate with freshness and a pleasantly bitter finish.
Ageing takes place in steel, preserving fruit integrity and the typical character of the Modena area. It pairs with cured meat boards, fresh pasta and white meats.
