A sparkling rosé Lambrusco with a fresh, immediate personality, pale pink with bright reflections and lively, persistent bubbles. The nose offers small red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, delicate floral hints and a light fragrant note. On the palate it is agile and smooth, supported by lively acidity that ensures freshness, with a slender body, fruity returns and a pleasantly savoury finish. Serve well chilled, around 6-8 C, in a flute or tulip glass, with aperitifs, delicate fish dishes, shellfish, mild salumi and fresh cheeses.
