Lambrusco Emilia IGT Secco - Riunite

A young, versatile red wine from Riunite. It shows a bright ruby colour, with aromas of small red fruits, cherry, light floral notes, herbaceous hints and a faint spice. The dry style keeps the palate fresh and clean. On the palate it is smooth and easy to drink, with good acidity and soft tannins. It suits informal, convivial drinking with cured meats, pizza, pasta with simple sauces and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8-12 °C, in not overly large glasses.
