Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco DOP

A red wine from Settecani that favours dryness and freshness. It shows a lively ruby colour, with aromas of small red fruits, cherry and delicate floral nuances. The palate has good structure supported by present but balanced tannins, with an acidic vein that gives lift and a savoury persistence on the finish. It pairs with everyday cooking: lightly cured cold cuts, pasta with red sauces, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a cool but not too cold temperature; a light decanting or aeration in the glass can help the wine express itself. It is also suitable for informal aperitifs.
