Lambrusco Spumante Millesimato Nero Marcello

A sparkling red Lambrusco from Parma, made by Ariola. It has a deep red colour, almost black, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose brings blackberry and raspberry, floral notes and a light spicy touch. On the palate it is vigorous but harmonious, with fresh acidity, medium body, red fruit flavours and a light tannic sensation. It can be served as an aperitif or with a meal, particularly Emilian cured meats, aged cheeses, meat or mushroom dishes.
