Lanari Rosso Conero Riserva DOCG Fibbio

Rosso Conero Riserva DOCG Fibbio is a red wine from Lanari, made from selected Montepulciano grapes grown on hills near Monte Conero, close to the Adriatic. It is aged in wood barrels for at least 18 months, then for a further five months in bottle before release. The wine shows an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. On the nose it offers ripe red fruit, pepper, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco and a hint of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is powerful yet balanced, with well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity. It suits grilled meat, stews, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
