A dry, lightly sparkling red wine from Emilia IGT, presented in a magnum. It shows a ruby colour with fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of fresh red fruit, cherry and small berries, with delicate floral notes. The palate is slender, with lively acidity, soft tannins and discreet persistence, suited to immediate drinking. Serve slightly cool, around 12-14 C, in a wide but not excessive glass, and drink young. It pairs well with cured meats, rustic starters, tomato-based first courses and informal aperitifs.
