A Langhe Bianco DOC from Braida, made entirely from Riesling Renano grown in the Serra dei Fiori vineyard at Trezzo Tinella. The south-east facing site favours the elegance and freshness typical of the grape, and the hand-selected grapes are softly pressed. The must ferments at controlled temperature in steel tanks, followed by at least six months of bottle ageing. It shows citrus and green apple aromas that evolve towards mineral notes, with a fresh, savoury and concentrated palate.
