A Nebbiolo from Borgogno, grown organically in the Langhe hills of Piedmont. Ageing takes place mainly in oak barrels, giving harmonious structure and delicate tannins. In the glass it is bright ruby, with aromas of red fruits, cherry and light spice, plus a pleasant minerality. The palate is enveloping, fresh and persistent, suited to Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
