Langhe DOC Bompè

A red wine from the Langhe, made by Borgogno and produced mainly from Nebbiolo. It is aged in oak barrels, which add spicy and vanilla notes while keeping freshness and fruit character. It shows a bright garnet red colour, with red fruit, violet and light earthy aromas. On the palate it has balanced structure, silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish. It pairs with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
