Langhe DOC Freisa Kyè Vajra

A red wine from the Langhe DOC made from Freisa. It shows aromas of small red fruits, light floral notes and a freshness that enlivens the sip. On the palate the tannins are present but balanced, supported by good acidity, with a composed and direct drinking style. It pairs naturally with Piedmontese dishes based on cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, rustic soups and pasta with savoury sauces, and can also accompany mushroom or more savoury white meat dishes. Serve at a cool to moderate temperature; a short decantation may be useful for more expressive wines.
