Livia Fontana's Langhe DOC Nebbiolo reflects the authenticity and tradition of Piedmont. It has a ruby red colour with garnet reflections.
The nose shows ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, rose and violet floral notes, black pepper and liquorice. On the palate it is elegant and fresh, with soft but present tannins, good acidity and a pleasant persistence. It suits Piedmontese dishes such as tajarin with meat ragu, roasts and aged cheeses.
