A Riesling from the Langhe hills, produced by Borgogno from selected grapes grown without pesticides. It shows elegant aromas of white flowers, citrus and a light minerality from the calcareous terroir. On the palate it is balanced, with marked acidity that makes it dynamic and persistent. Stainless steel ageing preserves the varietal aromas and freshness. It suits fish, crustacean and fresh cheese dishes.
