Fontanafredda Langhe DOC Rosato Solerose is made mainly from Nebbiolo grapes in the Langhe. A short maceration on the skins gives a bright pink colour and balanced structure. The nose shows delicate strawberry, dog rose and a mineral note. On the palate it is soft and fresh, with good acidity and a light final sapidity. It pairs with seafood, white meats and delicate starters.
