Langhe DOC Rosso Eremo

Langhe DOC Rosso Eremo from Fontanafredda is a red wine from the Langhe, made from a selected blend. Ageing in medium-toasted oak barrels gives aromatic intensity and structure without overpowering its natural freshness. In the glass it is bright ruby red, with ripe red fruit, light spicy notes and vanilla on the nose. On the palate it shows soft tannins and balanced acidity, with a persistent finish. It pairs with grilled red meats, savoury first courses and aged cheeses.
