Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Ginestrino

An organic red wine from Conterno Fantino expressing the varietal character of Nebbiolo. In the glass it shows a ruby colour with slight transparency. The nose opens with dried flowers, small red fruits and light spicy notes. On the palate it is lean, with present but well-integrated tannins and freshness that keeps the sip lively. It suits Piedmontese dishes, white or red meats cooked moderately, semi-aged cheeses and mushroom preparations.
