A London dry gin from Langley Distillery in England, which was founded as a gin distillery in 1920 and makes everything by traditional methods and by hand. The gin is made to recipe number 8 of 12, which gives Langley's No. 8 its name.
It is clear in the glass, with a fresh aroma of juniper, coriander and a hint of orange peel. The same flavours carry through to a very soft, warm palate.
It suits a gin and tonic, a Martini, or simply ice.
