The nose is bright, with citrus zest and apricot, dried figs, a hint of cinnamon and thyme, and smoky oak. Honeyed malt and toasted almonds lead the palate, with salty caramel and a peppery warmth. The finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate and smoky vanilla.
