Fresh apple, ripe pear, dried apricot and liquorice with a hint of nutmeg lead the nose, alongside oak from charred barrels. The palate is honeyed malt and orange zest, with cinnamon, sea salt, smoky peat, demerara sugar and an oily texture.
The finish is medium to long, with toasted almond, citrus pith and peppery peat.
